Unless you are a Medicare or MaineCare member, all services are provided on a private-pay basis and are collected at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a fee of $100 which will be due before your next appointment.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our patients, we have a clear policy for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with our full cancellation policy in order to avoid having to pay for a missed session!
